Close up views of glaciers and possibly spotting an avalanche

Whale watching in the Resurrection Bay

Spectacular drives through mountains and valleys, through clouds and beside lakes, spotting wildlife on the way and stopping by at little villages and cafes

A gastronomic treat for fish lovers – the Alaskan salmon and the Alaskan halibut (but don't worry if you're a vegetarian, we have got you covered!)

When to Travel – Alaska is best visited in the Summer, when the days are long and temperatures are mild. July and August are the best months, while June and September are also an option. All our Alaska tours are planned for the months of July and August.
We plan to operate one Alaska tour in Winter (late November), to see the Northern Lights, and this will be announced later. Stay tuned.

Interesting Tidbits

Distances in Alaska are huge, which most people underestimate. To put things in perspective, Alaska is one sixth the size of continental United States or about half the size of India. This means we will spend around 3 hours driving every day – we can assure you that you will not look at your watch even once, as the landscapes are stunning and we will make plenty of stops on the way

This trip is suitable for all age groups. We will not engage in strenuous activities such as hiking or trekking (unless of course the whole group wants to do it!), but we will certainly be outdoors!

While there are hotels in Alaska, we find the real charm is in home-stays and bed-n-breakfasts tucked away in the countryside. These are much more cozy and personal, we get to meet other travelers and the local host families, who will share their knowledge and experiences!
